SimpleMarkets is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides cryptocurrency trading analysis tools, including but not limited to:

• Economic event tracking and analysis
• Trading signals and recommendations
• Portfolio optimization calculators
• Wallet tracking dashboards
• Market liquidation data and analysis
• Bitcoin risk assessment tools
• Trading journal and diary features

IMPORTANT: SimpleMarkets is an analytical and educational tool. We do not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading services. All information provided is for informational purposes only.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

4. Account Registration

5. Subscription Terms

5.1 Subscription Plans

SimpleMarkets offers subscription-based access to premium features. Current pricing is €45.00 per month (EUR) for the Pro Trader subscription, which includes full access to all features.

5.2 Billing and Payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Payment is processed securely through Swedbank payment gateway
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on file
• All fees are in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise stated
• Sales tax, VAT, or other taxes may apply based on your location

5.3 Automatic Renewal

YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription fee.

5.4 Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellations can be made through your account settings or by contacting support
• Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
• You will retain access to premium features until the end of the paid period
• No partial refunds are provided for mid-month cancellations

5.5 Free Trial (if applicable)

If we offer a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial without charge. If you do not cancel, you will automatically be charged the subscription fee at the end of the trial.

6. Refund Policy

We strive for customer satisfaction. Our refund policy is as follows:

• 7-Day Window: Request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription charge or renewal by contacting info@simplemarkets.io
• Case-by-Case Review: Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis
• Original Payment Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (no cash refunds)
• Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
• Violations: We reserve the right to deny refunds for Terms of Service violations

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Manipulate markets or engage in illegal trading activities

• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without authorization
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SimpleMarkets and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use only. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the Service or its contents.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
